Excellent hotel with exceptionally courteous staff. The property has a heritage charm—while it may be slightly old, it is very well maintained and retains its elegance beautifully.

The common areas are expansive, and the facilities are well kept and comfortable. I would especially like to appreciate the entire team, including the security staff, entrance team, and reception.

A special mention to Sweetie, the restaurant attendant, along with the rest of the restaurant staff—everyone was polite, attentive, and truly customer-centric.

Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Oh such a fantastic hotel with such horrible staff. First of all

1. Fantastic location 50 steps from T3 exit gate
2. Nice spacious rooms
3. Phenomenal restaurant

Only issue untrained staff who have never worked in a decent hotel – would certainly offend you not because they want to do it but they have never been trained

But really good hotel if you can ignore the staff shortcomings

I have visited this hotel many times and overall had good experiences, but I consistently noticed one issue. Whenever something is accidentally left in the room and I contact the reception, they always respond that nothing was found. Once I left my watch, and another time I forgot my mobile charger, but both times I was told that the room was empty.
I would suggest the management ensure proper checks and more transparent communication from the housekeeping staff. Even small items matter to guests, and not returning them can be disappointing.

I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my visit. This is not in Lucknow. It’s about one hour away from the airport. Location is horrible. Rest all is good. What you can expect from such a hotel rooms are good food is good. Rest all okay
