My stay was truly wonderful from check-in to check-out. The staff was warm, courteous, and always ready to help. The hotel is huge and beautiful, overall ambience is wonderful. Food in general is very delicious, with lots of varieties, my favourite are the deserts here.

The hotel itself is excellent. The service was great, the breakfast was delicious, and overall the experience was very good. Considering this is a luxury property, the pricing felt justified by the quality of the facilities and hospitality provided.
However, there was one aspect of our stay that we did not particularly appreciate. We booked a room for three adults, and the reservation clearly stated that the third guest would be accommodated with an additional mattress and bedding. We were perfectly fine with that arrangement.
The issue was that the room itself seemed designed primarily for two occupants. Once the extra mattress was added, the room became extremely cramped, leaving very little space to move around comfortably. What initially felt like a spacious room quickly became crowded and inconvenient for three people.
I would suggest that if the hotel offers rooms for three guests, it should ensure that those rooms have adequate space to comfortably accommodate all occupants without compromising comfort and mobility. Apart from this concern, our stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the overall quality of the hotel.

I recently visited Ramada with my family, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. The food spread offered an excellent variety, with something for everyone to enjoy. The ambiance was warm, elegant, and very welcoming, making our family time even more special.

Ramada doesn’t need much explanation. But the staff behaviour can be better, also being a 4 star hotel, the staff should know English.
Also they didn’t give us the interconnected room key, don’t know why. Once the family with adultkids takes up 2 rooms

Only issue untrained staff who have never worked in a decent hotel – would certainly offend you not because they want to do it but they have never been trained

I have visited this hotel many times and overall had good experiences, but I consistently noticed one issue. Whenever something is accidentally left in the room and I contact the reception, they always respond that nothing was found. Once I left my watch, and another time I forgot my mobile charger, but both times I was told that the room was empty.
I would suggest the management ensure proper checks and more transparent communication from the housekeeping staff. Even small items matter to guests, and not returning them can be disappointing.
