Ramada doesn’t need much explanation. But the staff behaviour can be better, also being a 4 star hotel, the staff should know English.
Also they didn’t give us the interconnected room key, don’t know why. Once the family with adultkids takes up 2 rooms
, it ensures the parents ‘ privacy.
Rooms are small compared to the vast common areas. Cleanliness is not as perfect as compared to Radisson hotels

The common areas are expansive, and the facilities are well kept and comfortable. I would especially like to appreciate the entire team, including the security staff, entrance team, and reception.
A special mention to Sweetie, the restaurant attendant, along with the rest of the restaurant staff—everyone was polite, attentive, and truly customer-centric.
Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Only issue untrained staff who have never worked in a decent hotel – would certainly offend you not because they want to do it but they have never been trained
But really good hotel if you can ignore the staff shortcomings
I would suggest the management ensure proper checks and more transparent communication from the housekeeping staff. Even small items matter to guests, and not returning them can be disappointing.
I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my visit. I want to give a special shout-out to the cleaning staff — supervisor Mr. Pradeep verma,Afroj and Alok awasthi — for their exceptional service. They were professional, courteous, and always ensured my room was spotless and refreshed each day. Their attention to detail really made a difference and added to the overall comfort of my stay.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for quality service and a relaxing atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!
