Aloo Tama Ka Jhol –  A classic Nepali soup prepared with black eyed beans, potatoes, bamboo shoots and spices.
Mutton Sekuwa –   Sekuwa is a traditional meat dish slowly cooked over wood fire
Bhatmas – A traditional Nepali dish, served as an appetizer course with flatten rice, fish, ginger and garlic.
